Fundamentals - This class is for those new to Pilates and/or for those wanting to deepen their fundamental understanding of MAT work.
Level 1 - This level includes students who are new to the class and who have taken some fundamental classes and are interested in learning the basics.
Level 2 - This level includes students who are familiar with basic principles of the class and are ready to learn more. Students must have taken some fundamental and level 1 classes.
Level 3 - This level indicates students who attend class regularly and are familiar with the principles. Teachers assume the students are at a high level of understanding of MAT work principles.
Please note: Many of our classes attract mixed levels of students. All of our teachers are prepared to work at each student's level in every class. If you have special needs due to injury or illness, please call us to discuss your concerns before attending one of our group classes. Our teachers will give guidance to students requiring more or less of a challenge.
